Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are shipping worldwide – however this is under constant review due to the COVID-19 pandemic and there may be delays. Shipping is not included with the price and will be determined at checkout. Please refer to <Shipping Policy> for further information.

How much is the shipping fee? 
You will see the shipping fee when check out. 
Shipping fees depend on the countries and sizes of the parcel.

When will my order be dispatched?

Can I cancel my order after it is submitted? 
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been confirmed, your delivery details cannot be changed.

How do I return the order if I am not satisfy with my order?

What if an item is out of stock after I have paid? 
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email. Refund will automatically be issued using the original purchasing method. 

How do I check my order status? Is there any tracking code for my order after it is shipped? 
Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via confirmation email with the shipping company information and tracking number. 

Do you have any extra stock that isn’t on the website?
When something is marked as sold out that means we will have no more until the next update. You can sign up for our newsletter to receive stock and other updates.

Is there anywhere I can buy your products in person?
At the moment I only sell my work through this online store.

Do you accept larger orders for e.g. café or restaurant?

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?

How often do you update your shop?
As a small, one-woman business, I work continuously to keep up with new products, regular shop restocking, and customer requests. I tend to update the shop once a month with multiple items including restocking of popular products, smaller updates and new designs. If there’s something you want to see in the next update, let me know! I'll try to make it work.

How many people work at ÅSLUND TSANG?
ÅSLUND TSANG is a one-woman operation which means things don't always work the same as with large scale companies. As I am the designer, maker, bookkeeper, cleaning lady, social media marketer and every other job that needs doing, sometimes I run out of time or energy to do things as quickly as I would like to do them. I enjoy the solitude and control of working alone though so that makes it all worthwhile. Well, OK, my husband helps with admin chores, sometimes.
