Returns & Exchanges Policy
ÅSLUND TSANG takes good care of our products and would like to offer you the best. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted for a swap or store credit. However, we are unable to accommodate refunds.
Returned items must be unused and shipped back in the same condition so that they does not break in transit. Broken or used returns sadly will not be eligible for a swap or store credit. Please note that you are responsible for returning the item back to us.
For returning the products, you can email us via firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of a return/exchange.
*Please note Returns & Exchanges Policy is not applied on custom orders and special orders.
We do whatever we can to avoid this from happening. We take care to wrap all items in both paper and bubble wrap and make sure they cannot move within the box or touch the sides or each other. Ceramics are fragile though and postal services don't always take note of the fragile tape around a box.
If any items arrive broken please get into contact with us via email@example.com ON THE SAME DAY your parcel is delivered. Please include images of any broken items.
Lost / Stolen Packages
ÅSLUND TSANG is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If an order is taking longer than expected to arrive please contact with us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll figure out a solution!
All returns are at the sole discretion of ÅSLUND TSANG and we reserve the right to refuse any return.
